Who are we?

Stop and Stare was founded by two freelancers, Aliyah and Dani after years of working across both in-house and agency advertising roles, where one problem kept surfacing: creative direction and strategy getting lost between brand and paid media team.

We built Stop and Stare to close that gap.

For the past five years we've specialised in Meta and TikTok advertising, managing $500k+ monthly budgets and supporting international scale for some of Australia's largest fashion and lifestyle brands. Our experience spans the full picture, from product buying strategy through to scaling paid performance and growth strategy, working closely with in-house teams on content creation and creative, providing content and digital asset design for paid channels, and collaborating directly with brand designers to sharpen briefs and build ad content that performs.

We start with what you already have. Before a single new asset is briefed, we audit your content bank, build a structured testing framework, and systematically extract performance from existing creative. Repackaging, reframing, and iterating until it's genuinely exhausted.

When new creative is needed, we brief it properly. Concepts, formats, scripts, and references built around what the data is telling us and what we know stops a scroll for your customer. We manage the brief through your internal team or production partner and traffic every finalised asset directly into Meta and TikTok.

We build a structured testing framework that works through your asset library, repackaging, reframing, and iterating on what already exists before briefing anything new. We work collaboratively with your in-house and external content partners to brief content that is structured, designed and briefed for paid media platforms. We offer graphic design services and basic video editing using exisiting and new brand imagery and video.
